Material properties

UNS N08605, often specified under ASTM A297, is an iron-chromium-nickel alloy known for its excellent high-temperature strength and corrosion resistance. This material is characterized by its substantial chromium content which significantly enhances its oxidation resistance. It is designed to perform well in environments where temperatures can reach up to 1100°C (2010°F), providing reliable service in demanding conditions.
