Material properties

UNS J93005, known under ASTM A297 HD as a 28Cr-5Ni ferritic stainless steel, is designed for casting applications requiring high temperature strength and corrosion resistance. This material offers good resistance to oxidation and carburization at elevated temperatures. It's well-suited for environments where temperatures reach up to 1095°C (2000°F), providing durability and performance in harsh conditions.
